Return Policy

At Tint & Tremendous, we want you to be completely satisfied with your candle purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, please review our return policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

a. We accept returns on all eligible products within7 days from the date of delivery.

b. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

c. Personalized or custom-made items are exempt from our return policy and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

b. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include a copy of the packing slip or order confirmation email.

c. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.

3. Shipping Your Return

a. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.

b. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.

4. Inspection and Approval

a. Once we receive your return, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria.

b. If the return is approved, we will process a refund to the original payment method, excluding the original shipping cost, within 7  business days.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

6. Refund Timeframe

Please allow 7 business days for your refund to be processed and reflected in your account. The exact time may vary depending on your payment provider.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
